  • The sessions vary on a fortnightly basis and you can book into a monthly calender in advance.

To be part of the program: 

  • You must fill out the Rosenberg Questionnaire at the beginning and end of the 12 week program 

  • Induction Form – medical form 
    Agree to provide a written or video testimonial

* Upon registration, a deposit of $100 is payable and the balance is charged per week for the following 3 weeks.
