Choose from 4 Sessions a week
4 sessions over 2 days. Morning at 6am, and afternoon at 6pm.
The sessions vary on a fortnightly basis and you can book into a monthly calender in advance.
The program also includes fortnightly discussions and meditation mindfulness with a focus on mental health.
To be part of the program:
You must fill out the Rosenberg Questionnaire at the beginning and end of the 12 week program
Induction Form – medical form
Agree to provide a written or video testimonial
* Upon registration, a deposit of $100 is payable and the balance is charged per week for the following 3 weeks.
