How are you coping in isolation?

Feeling isolated, you're not alone! 

For those of us in Melbourne, Australia, we are now in a second COVID-19 lockdown. It’s really quite tough, and I know it can really mess with our heads, especially if you suffer from mental health issues such as depression.

If this is you, you are not alone. Some of my suggestions are to go for a walk, step it up with some high intensity exercise, start a new hobby or start something you've always put off. Call a friend, a neighbour, family member.

If, however, you feel there's no one you can call, contact Lifeline Australia or Beyond Blue and chat to the wonderful people there.
